Biography
Rob Snyder performed building design and construction documentation through digital modeling and technical drawing for 13 years in firms large and small including his own. He then worked in software design for 10 years at two companies. His contributions so far have been in digital media, as a co-inventor of the automated fusion of technical drawing in-situ within digitally modeled spatial environments.
He proposes now an evolution of the previous fusion work:
In fields visualizing the physical — including biological, cosmological, quantum, cartographic, and constructed things like the artisan, the industrial mechanical, and the usually-grouped: Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) — is proposed an evolution in the form of our visual engagement with the modeled.
